Southside Market and Barbeque coarsely grinds our beef and pork with pepper jack cheese and habanero peppers to create a special sausage to fill natural pork casings. The finished product is a peppery sausage with the smooth jack cheese and an added kick. The handcrafted sausage is gluten free and made without MSG.
