How is my order packaged for shipping?
All orders are shipped in biodegradable, insulated coolers with dry ice to ensure your meat arrives frozen or chilled to perfection, even in the warmest climates.
What is the difference between American Wagyu and Japanese Wagyu?
American Wagyu is a cross between traditional Japanese Wagyu and high-quality continental breeds, resulting in a perfect balance of intense marbling and robust beef flavor.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by Tuesday at 11:00 AM PT typically ship the same week. We utilize FedEx to ensure your package arrives within 1-3 days of leaving our facility.
Can I return meat products if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service within 48 hours for a resolution.
How should I thaw my Snake River Farms beef?
For the best results, we recommend thawing your beef slowly in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours. This preserves the cell structure and ensures maximum juiciness.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations at this time.
